No lock-in contracts. All plans are month-to-month. We earn your continued business through results, not contracts. Most clients stay because the content performs — not because they have to.
What turnaround time can I expect?▾
Starter plan: 48 hours. Growth plan: 24 hours. Scale plan: same-day available on request. All turnaround times are counted from when we receive the raw footage and approved brief.
How many revision rounds are included?▾
Starter includes 2 revision rounds per piece. Growth includes 4 revision rounds per video, and Scale includes unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied. In practice, most projects are approved within 1–2 rounds because we front-load clarity through detailed briefs.
Do you charge extra for captions, color grading, or music?▾
No. Kinetic motion captions, color grading, music sync, and basic sound design are all included in every plan. There are no hidden line-item fees.
Can I start with one plan and upgrade later?▾
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause at the end of any billing month. There is no penalty for changing plans.
Do you work with international clients (USD pricing)?▾
Yes. We work with brands across the US, UK, UAE, Australia, and Singapore. You can toggle between INR and USD right on this page. International clients are billed in USD via Stripe or Wise.
What file formats do you accept for raw footage?▾
We accept all standard formats: MP4, MOV, MXF, ProRes, R3D. We also work directly from Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, or WeTransfer links. No special setup needed.
Do you offer a trial or sample edit?▾
